Our Commitment to Honest Research

At Blank2Done, we believe that honest, independent product recommendations require rigorous research. We don't accept free products from manufacturers, and our recommendations are never influenced by affiliate partnerships.

Our 5-Step Research Process

Step 1: Market Analysis

Before evaluating a single product, we analyze the entire market. We identify all major brands, read professional reviews from trusted publications, and scan thousands of user reviews to identify common praise and complaints. Sources include Amazon customer reviews, Reddit discussions, specialized forums, and professional review publications.

Step 2: Specification Comparison

We create detailed specification sheets for every product in a category. This allows us to compare features side-by-side and identify which products offer the best value for different use cases and budgets.

Step 3: User Review Analysis

We read hundreds of user reviews across multiple platforms. We focus especially on 1-3 star reviews to understand what goes wrong with products, and long-term reviews (6+ months) for durability insights. We look for patterns in user feedback rather than individual opinions.

Step 4: Expert Review Synthesis

We aggregate reviews from trusted professional publications, weighting them based on testing methodology transparency and independence from advertisers. We prioritize publications that disclose their testing methodology and have no affiliate relationships with the products they review.

Step 5: Our Verdict

Every recommendation includes a score (0-10), honest pros and cons, who the product is best for, and who should look elsewhere. We provide both pros and cons for every product — if a product doesn't meet our standards, we won't recommend it regardless of potential commission.

What We Don't Do
