At Blank2Done, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect (spoiler: almost nothing), how we use cookies, and how third-party advertising works on our site.

1. Information Collection and Use

Blank2Done does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. All 228 tools run entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. When you use a PDF converter, image tool, text analyzer, or any other utility on our site, your files and data never leave your device.

We do not require user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information to use our tools. You can use every tool on this site anonymously.

2. Cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies — Used to remember your theme preference (light or dark mode) and cookie consent choice. These are stored in your browser's local storage and are necessary for the site to function correctly.
  • Advertising cookies — Google AdSense may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

3. Google AdSense and Third-Party Advertising

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads to you based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies allows it to serve ads to you based on your interests. You can opt out of Google's interest-based advertising by visiting the Google Ads Settings page.

We do not control the specific ads that Google AdSense displays on our site. Google determines which ads to show based on a variety of factors including page content, user location, and browsing history. We have configured AdSense to show non-personalised ads where possible.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Cloudflare — Used for website hosting, DNS, and content delivery (CDN). Cloudflare may collect anonymous analytics data.
  • Google AdSense — Used for displaying advertisements. Google may collect usage data through cookies.

Some tools on our site load third-party JavaScript libraries from CDNs (such as pdf.js, Tesseract.js, jsPDF, JsBarcode). These libraries run within your browser and do not transmit your data to any external server.

5. Data Security

Because all tool processing happens client-side in your browser, your data is as secure as your own device. We have no databases, no file storage, and no server-side processing that could be breached. Your files, text, and calculations are never transmitted to any server.

6. Children's Privacy

Blank2Done does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Our tools are designed for general use and do not target children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR (EU) and UK Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to access or delete. If you wish to opt out of advertising cookies, you may do so through your browser settings or Google's Ads Settings.

8. Cookie Consent

We display a cookie consent banner on first visit. You may choose to accept or decline advertising cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage for future visits. You may change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and local storage.
